February's overall statistics were about as close to normal as a month normally gets: .09 inches below normal for precipitation and less than one degree above normal temperature. Highs were in the 40s and 50s all month. Most lows were mild, but a cold period from the 10th through the 14th saw temperatures in the 20s each night.
